The doctor never showed up and they only let me know 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and I was already sitting in the waiting room.
I recently became a patient of Casey Baxter and she is an amazing provider. I felt valued and heard. So many doctors are quick to dismiss and minimize but she took everything I said seriously, explained the next steps, and asked for my input and preferences. She took the time on our first visit to get to know me and ease any tension. Highly recommend!
1 Star for Friendly people 2 stars for the nice doctors I had there -3 Stars for the amount of stress, time, emails, calls, and in person visits to try and get my medical records sent to a surgeon. I can't even describe the process. My former doctors even wished me LUCK trying to get me records so I assume this is a regular problem...
Dr.Lori is an amazing doctor. I'm glad that I met her and would recommend her to anyone. She is very thorough and attentive. I would rate her 5.0/5.0
