First of they did a wonderful job with the product, the patio cover is wonderful. Though they failed to provide completion from start to finish as they promised . Had us foot the bill for their negligence and laziness. When we tried to compromise, they only threw out excuses and blame. Make sure to have a strong contract with these people should you hire them

We had a great experience with A+ Patios and with Jesse and Claudia. We obtained six bids, with six different approaches to build our custom patio cover. Claudia really listened to what we wanted and came back twice to talk with us and had the best design option. They were not the lowest bid, but it was a complex job that required experience to get it done right.
