This “Over-55” community is a fantastic place to live. It’s safe, quiet and has good neighbors. The Clubhouse is nice. Many restaurants and businesses of all types are within a 5 minute drive. The Mall at Fairfield Commons is only a 10 minute drive.
I Moved here in March of 2025. Although I managed my own purchase, the manager, Pauline Weaver's assistance was great. Lovely, well kept, community with nice folks. I would definitely recommend it.
Park Hills Crossing over 55 community is an ideal place to call home. It is beautifully put together, houses are very nice and affordable and clubhouse is a great place to gather with friends and family. Pauline Weaver is the community manager and does an outstanding job taking care of the community. It is more than a job for her and it showes! I lived here 2005-2018 and moved back in 2024. We moved here in December 2023. Pauline was a great help in getting things in order for us to close and move. We like the feeling of safety and the other residents are friendly. It is kept neat and clean. Would recommend to friends.
Pauline Weaver was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and followed up in a timely manner.
