Park Hills Crossing over 55 community is an ideal place to call home. It is beautifully put together, houses are very nice and affordable and clubhouse is a great place to gather with friends and family. Pauline Weaver is the community manager and does an outstanding job taking care of the community. It is more than a job for her and it showes! I lived here 2005-2018 and moved back in 2024. We moved here in December 2023. Pauline was a great help in getting things in order for us to close and move. We like the feeling of safety and the other residents are friendly. It is kept neat and clean. Would recommend to friends.
This community is beautiful and well taken care of. Pauline does a great job of getting things done when needed. I work with her on the sales/purchases of these manufactured homes and she goes above and beyond.
We have a couple friends that live here. This patio home community is beautiful. All the homes are different. Both that I saw were so different, spacious, & beautiful. They are also building some new ones. This is a very desired area so get one while you can!
You won't post this, but I have to say it anyway. We've been here 19 years and since the clubhouse was built I have been trying to get first Degenharts and now BrightStar to have lines painted in the lower level parking lot. A few weeks ago several cars had to park on Park Hills Crossing because no one knows how to park in the lot. Please! Paint some lines!
