Sarah was our day of coordinator for our June wedding at the Seymour Center and from our first conversation it was clear that she was highly knowledgeable of the venue and other vendors that often work there. She gave great advice both in the planning stage and later with seating arrangements, reception tables, and many other details that would have been missed by us. I want to start by saying that I resent that I can't give Sarah more than 5/5 stars, because a 100% rating really doesn't do her justice. The main thing I can say is everything went perfectly, and on the day-of, we didn't have to handle a single thing, we just got to focus on our experience. But that's not all. Sarah takes a liberal view of the phrase "day of". About a month out, she told us to just start forwarding any vendor inquiries to her, and she handled everything. Sarah was our day of coordinator at Roaring Camp 3 weeks ago to this day. She was absolutely amazing, she directed everyone in the nicest way while still keeping our event on time and structured. My husband and I could not recommend anyone more for your day of coordinator. Thanks Sarah for making our day perfect!!
Our coordinator Sarah, was the most amazing ever!!!!!! She made my daughter’s wedding to perfection!!!! She was always available to answer any questions we had. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her incredible work as our day-of coordinator for our Roaring Camp wedding! She was truly instrumental in our big day and took so much stress off of our plates, allowing us to fully enjoy the day (and the days leading up to it!).
