We had a terrible recent experience with Chuck at Pane in the Glass. After cleaning our windows he suggested we let him replace the screens in our windows. We thought after 23 years it might not be a bad idea - he said they were in poor shape (they really weren't) We got "sold". He showed up with all but two of our screens (the day before he left for vacation) and promised he would deliver the other two after he returned from vacation. We foolishly paid him in full. Terrible company do not use them!!! They should be de-listed as a business. They do not follow up with communication. I scheduled weeks in advance and then Chuck had to cancel late the day that was scheduled. He wanted the next day and was a no show and sent a text he would be there within the hour. 3 hours later and zero texts back. DO NOT USE or listed to excuses and lies.

Very professional and excellent at communicating. they did an excellent job and even removed paint overapray. My windows look amazing!
Chuck, You said your company didn’t scratch a previous client’s windows. Hard to believe this wasn’t your fault. I paid you well over a year ago to power wash my house. Never showed up, just excuse after excuse. Are you willing to refund my money? I have all the texts promising you would complete the job. What is this reason for this?
