A Palms went above and beyond taking care of my cousin with physical and cognitive issues. Their staff were also able to place my cousin in a safe home during the recent hurricane evacuation which was very stressful for her and us. We are very pleased with their professionalism and their individual care for our cousin. Highly recommended!
Our experience was short - not much more than a month. But a lifetime friend was made. Andrea was tremendous treating our Aunt with respect, care, and compassion. Auntie didn't view Andrea as a paid service provider but looked forward to seeing her special friend. The rest of the family felt so much more at ease knowing that Auntie was in the best of care. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for care for their elderly family members. I live out of state in Minnesota so it is important to have a company with caregivers who I can depend on to care for my parents. The staff is all very helpful and the communication between distances is exceptional. Look no further for a company you can count on.
