Each location features a full service garden area including bedding plants, trees, shrubs, desert plants & much more. Many of our plants are grown at our 20-acre farm in Queen Creek. Our Gilbert location also features a Lawnmower shop that includes lawn equipment sales & service. Our clientele includes homeowners as well as commercial and private organizations. I have purchased many items over the years of living here in Arizona. I must say your return policy stinks, when you buy a plant and return it you charge me half price on a return. Your people tell you after you purchase the plant you have a six month return policy. But they don’t tell you is the truth when you return the item you owe half the purchase price back to the store, what kind of return policy is that? Won’t be back!!!!
A&P Nursery has the BEST Customer Service!! Over the phone, 3,000 miles away - they still came thru! We wanted to surprise my sister-in-law for her birthday, but didn’t know the planting timeframe. Bill from the E. Brown Rd. location totally ROCKS!! 🎉 Thank You! Thank You!!
The people working there are very nice, but their return policies for dead plants aren't fully explained at time of purchase. Their return policies are also purposely deceptive. In a nutshell they don't really do returns on dead plants. I'd recommend going to Home Depot or Lowes, if you aren't into playing games.
