One of the, if not the best nursery I've been to. Every single employee, and I mean literally all of them, are absurdly nice and extremely helpful. Not a single grumpy person in the bunch. I was looking to buy cacti and queen palms and the employee (who's name I forgot), actually recommended that I don't buy the queen palms and wait to buy them when it was better timing to plant. I have purchased many items over the years of living here in Arizona. I must say your return policy stinks, when you buy a plant and return it you charge me half price on a return. Your people tell you after you purchase the plant you have a six month return policy. But they don’t tell you is the truth when you return the item you owe half the purchase price back to the store, what kind of return policy is that? Won’t be back!!!!
A&P Nursery has the BEST Customer Service!! Over the phone, 3,000 miles away - they still came thru! We wanted to surprise my sister-in-law for her birthday, but didn’t know the planting timeframe. Bill from the E. Brown Rd. location totally ROCKS!! 🎉 Thank You! Thank You!!
