The technician is great and amazing customer service, extremely friendly. I got so lucky my tv stopped working last night so i purchased another one but much bigger and when i got home last night it was too big for my mount. The technician came over and in one hour, he uninstalled an old heavy tv, installed a new tv, helped me donate my old tv while getting my new tv set up.
