I wasn't advised when they emailed me telling me it was time to return for a yearly check-up. That what was a free scale + clean, and examination, was now going to cost over $300. A lot of money when you aren't told in advance. Total time go to woe was 25 minutes. So time in chair 15-20 max Yeah ok people have to get paid. But when this includes additional charges that again have no forewarning and no option to decline. That's what I call dishonest. Not to mention there's only a quote for more work to show for it.
