Been coming here since 2005. My teeth are healthy and happy.
Stay away from this office. They have the most ridiculous policy for retainers. I have had my retainers broken TWICE already, and I had to come OUT OF POCKET for a replacement. It is like 200+ for ONE RETAINER, NOT THE PAIR. I am so gentle when I clean the retainers, but they are plastic and CHEAP. The retainers are completely flimsy. I've spoke to many different orthodontist offices and they all informed me that replacements for retainers should've been covered, especially since I went through my insurance.
