I would rate 0 stars if possible. Today, I was interrupted repeatedly with Mac raising his voice to the point that I actually told him he was being rude 3x. The other guy was trying to show me how to work the $1300 Sebo vacuum I purchased the week before. I told him the brush was the problem and I had been quite specific about my very hairy dogs. Make sure you get a receipt when you drop off your vacuum. They kept my mom‘s vacuum to order some belts and never gave me a receipt. Then when I called to find out if I could pick up my vacuum because I hadn’t heard from them, they said they didn’t have it. I won’t be going back to this store.
Bummer to have to say this. Just asked if he had a part in stock. He had a refurbished one he'd sell me for $100. I explained that new ones from the company are available for under $65. He said, "If you can get 'em". Yeah...they're in stock on the website. Read the room. I'm still kind of cheesed off about this. I ordered it from the site, got free shipping, and my vac is up and running. Including tax, it was literally $35 and a trip to the store less than if I 'supported this small business'.
