Never received a call back after going there and asking. They took all my info and vin number. Called back next day to see if day had any but no one answered the phone left a message.wait another day. Still nothing. If that's the way they handle customers I would sure hate to see how they're working.

Dave and the team at A-One Transmission did a fair and honest job on my truck. When my engine blew and needed to be completely replaced, Dave found a replacement engine and promised to call when the work was done. The first time he called, he told me he had sent the engine back because he didn’t trust it. The second time, he explained he sent another engine back for the same reason. We brought our 2014 Expedition in for a shifting issue, and having 180K miles on it we were expecting the worse. A1 diagnosed it a bad shift solenoid, and managed to replace the part, gaskets and fluid in record time, much faster than we has expected. We were also told the old fluid was dirty as expected, but no metal or clutch material were in the pan, so a full rebuild wasn't needed. I first brought Danny a transmission he had built 10 plus years ago and asked him to go through it and make sure it was ok to use which he did with no problems and was very fair and honest on his diagnosis of anything needed…. I then brought him the running and driving truck because the transmission was acting weird and not right and with in one single day diagnosed and fixed the issue free of charge. Highly recommend this company and appreciate his kindness and hospitality always helping out with anything he can

I would not have my 2019 Silverado serviced ANYWHERE else. I definitely recommend A1 Transmission and Performance.
