Worst experience ever. Guy set an appointment to come to my house after work to install new windshield. Said he would be here around 5-5:30! Waited until 6:24 no one showed up or even called to cancel and reschedule appointment. When I called the guy don’t even know who I was and stated that he didn’t know who I was. When I explained he suddenly remembered and said sorry I forgot I’m busy helping other customers and can’t come until Friday. Horrible customer service!
