Do not use under any condition. This guy is a hot head. Doest know electrical at all, put wire, that's supposed to go into the ground into the patio cover.Will not fix it or open it up for an electrician to fix it. Will not pass code. Stole things that were on my patio. Put small holes in my house that were unneeded.. Tied electricity to my front patio lights.So you have to have the patio lights to run plugs.Fans or anything. The A-one patio team starting with Sadie who is extremely helpful and will answer any questions. During the in-home consultation, she showed samples so I knew exactly what it would look like. The construction team is very friendly, efficient, have excellent knowledge, and left my yard spotless. I am thrilled with their services. I highly recommend A-one patios if you’re looking for a patio.
Sadie from A-One came out and accessed our patio and made recommendations that were best for our backyard and the completion of an Alumawood patio. They managed the permitting with the city, and did not markup the cost of the permits like some other quotes we received from competing highly advertised contractors. Cost was less than the other guys and they installed two ceiling fans and a couple of outlets as part of the deal.
