Gave 1 star, as it is not possible to give 0 stars. Booked vehicle in to have an issue resolved, with my vehicle. I was assured that they could fix the issue, received a call from an extremely rude worker, who made excuses about why they could not due the job. If they could not fix the issue, should not have accepted the job. Got the job completed at Territory Wreckers. If you need a mechanical issue remedied, take your vehicle to Territory Wreckers instead, they actually get the job done.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude. My car has been repaired here for 4 days and it is not completed. When I asked when it would be completed, she just said I would let you know once it is completed and then hung up the phone. She was very rude. Because I need to rent a car to use, I need to know the approximate completion time to consider renewing the lease of the vehicle, and the lady said nothing, just said she would let you know once it is completed. I found that the girl at reception is not very intelligent. Not recording the information about the cars repairs. She seemed not to listen. Then the mechanic told me that he'll be away for a number of days and would not be able to finish the job until he got back. All that needed to be done was to gas the air-conditioning. So I picked up the car paid for the repairs that were done. Crappy service.

Was struggling to get a rego inspection done on my car before my rego expired. First time visiting them and the folks at A-One were super helpful in fitting me in. The young fella who did the inspection even popped an out of alignment panel back in while he checked everything out. Champion Couldn't be happier to recommend and reckon I might be heading back for my next service.
