My house had a lot of issues. Jake’s crew got it leveled up the right way. I have a lot of experience doing things like this but I don’t go under houses anymore. I watched his crew do a great job. Highly recommend him.
Jake is very friendly and informative, but did not finish the job on my pier and beam house. Very frustrating to keep contacting him and either no return texts or calls, or finally promises of coming back out after he finishes up on current job. Over six months later and almost $9,000, the job remains unfinished. I really thought he would do the right thing, so shame on me for having faith in others.
Jake & crew did a great job. Showed up when they said they would. Kept me informed throughout the process and finished the job on time.
We decided, at first against our better judgment, to use A-One to level our 100 year old farm house. We read the reviews as most people do. Had a few other companies come out to quote the job. After talking it over we decided Jake was the best person for the job. He was the only one who not only offered a standard 1 year warranty on his work but did not trash talk the competition.
