Stay away from this office, Dr Sauls is wonderful but the people who own the practice are rude and over charge you. I had to cancel a appointment due to a death in the family and they wanted to charge me a 25 dollar cancelation fee, my insurance deductible is 15 dollars. I would give it zero stars but that's not an option
Horrible. Unorganized. Had to call 3 tines with my information to even be seen. Then I had all my blood work done and they tell me the will not do a prior authorization for a medicine I have been taking for over a year because my a1c is fine. Duh! It is because I am on thr medication. Instead of coding blood work preventive blood work they code diagnoatic. Causing my insurance to not cover it costing #2k. Took my husband in with pain in abdomen, without feeling abdomen or even laying hands on him, sends us for expensive ct a... read more
Much love and respect to Dr. Pamela Sauls. She has helped me and my husband in the last 3-4 years many times. The office people are amazing as well.
I love this place everyone very nice love my Dr spent time with me.
