On Friday, Aug 16th I made an appt with Joyce to see YOU today, Aug 20th at 3:10. I was NOT informed that I would have to wait over 40 minutes until I simply asked if you were in the office, I was NOT informed that you had an emergency, I was NOT informed that another Dr was going to see me. That is what I would call being UNCARING AND IRRESPONSIBLE TO YOUR PATIENT!!!
