Palm Coast office... I did have an incident a while back where the doctor stated one thing and when I questioned my insurance they stated the opposite... And so I assumed the insurance knew what they were talking about... Lo and behold they did not of course I had already expressed my frustration to the doctor's office... This office has an overall sad and unwelcoming atmosphere. I’ve seen three providers—one was okay, one was terrible, and one was knowledgeable and caring but difficult to understand. The biggest issue is their relentless push for unnecessary appointments, seemingly for financial gain rather than patient care. I’ve been there three times in six months, yet when I needed a timely referral for a follow-up after a concerning mammogram, I had to call six times over three weeks—only to be told they refuse to approve it without yet... read more
I spoke with Yelonda (hope I spelled her name correctly), and she was absolutely wonderful and helpful! I was distressed when I called and she took the time to understand my dilemma and gave me some very good, helpful information! A One Family Practice is fortunate to have her!
They don’t care about their patience
All I can say is please do not go to the practice. I can’t comprehend how they can take care of patients with the staff they have …from the front desk to the NP & Doctor.
