Palm Coast office... I did have an incident a while back where the doctor stated one thing and when I questioned my insurance they stated the opposite... And so I assumed the insurance knew what they were talking about... Lo and behold they did not of course I had already expressed my frustration to the doctor's office... This office has an overall sad and unwelcoming atmosphere. I’ve seen three providers—one was okay, one was terrible, and one was knowledgeable and caring but difficult to understand. The biggest issue is their relentless push for unnecessary appointments, seemingly for financial gain rather than patient care. I spoke with Yelonda (hope I spelled her name correctly), and she was absolutely wonderful and helpful! I was distressed when I called and she took the time to understand my dilemma and gave me some very good, helpful information! A One Family Practice is fortunate to have her!
