John Flynn, the owner is as knowledgeable as they come. He even teaches students aspiring to be electricians. I found him to be responsive, punctual, and easy to talk to. Having a guy who knows the ways around things and the codes and how to do a job properly is comforting because there are more than enough low-skilled guys around masquerading as tradesmen. Hopefully, I will take this review to 5 stars once the work is done.

Mr., Flynn was very nice and fixed my electrical problem right Away. No problem with getting my appointment.
Beware! Scheduled service a full week in advance- technician said they were so overloaded it would take a week to get me scheduled in. Did not arrive at scheduled time between 8:30am-12:30pm. Tried calling several time and went to voicemail- but VM was not set up to leave a message. Texted the number that was provided but not response. Serious customer service issues, recommend you look elsewhere for electric repair.
