The samosas were good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Shivani was rude and seemed irritated while taking our order, which made us feel unwelcome. The other employee said she is going through some problems, but this is unacceptable. The customer service was unprofessional and needs improvement. Also, the sauce quality has gone down compared to our previous visits and wasn't as flavorful. I hope the management works on both customer service and maintaining food quality.
Let me start by saying this clearly: my 2‑star review has nothing to do with their incredible food. The samosas are fantastic. This rating is strictly about their catering customer service. I placed a catering order on Wednesday, July 8th — two small trays of samosas (30 vegetarian and 30 chicken). I used their online catering system, submitted the quote, and received approval the next day along with a link to finalize payment.
