Found A One Caravan Repairs through Google searching when I thought I needed a Webasto diesel heater part. Matt was very helpful without making me feel like a twat, giving great guidance without unnecessary expenses in my repair. Thanks again.
27 March 2025 : Webasto Head Office recommended A One Caravan Repair business to approach them regarding the EVO diesel heater / hot water unit. Our unit has gone into safe mode and may need a service kit and technician to get it working again. Matt has given me some troubleshooting checks to go through to see if I can get the unit out of safe mode. Unfortunately the unit will need Matt's help.
