Took my car in for necessary repairs, and they never even touched it, and then tried to charge me a high amount of money for absolutely nothing! We will never bring our vehicles back there!! They are rip-off artists🤬
These guys treat me like family. They are trustworthy, fair, and honest. Plus, they never make me feel like an idiot. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, and they provide options. I 100% recommend A-One for car repair and service.
Our engine light came on as we were driving into Great Bend on December 26 headed back to Arkansas. We were 8 hours from home and the car wasn’t running correctly. A-One Automotive was very helpful and pulled a car they were looking at out of the bay and out ours to the front of the line. The car was fixed and we made it home without further issue. Thank you for your kind heart and helpful service!
