Very friendly and professional customer service with fair prices. I had a substantial amount of work to be done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they knocked it out in a day. I have been going to A-One Auto since I moved to the area a year ago, and would not take my care anywhere else. They are thorough and fast, especially for oil changes and inspections. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I have not major repairs so I cannot relay my personal experience. I have, however, been in the office while the mechanic spoke with the owner about repairs. They appear to really work hard to find affordable, good quality parts for their customers.
We have been using A-1for almost 20 years; that fact should provide insight into our level of satisfaction. We have found the prices reasonable with clear explanations of what they can (and cannot) do. Our overall level of service has been far beyond anything we have ever gotten from dealers or other repair shops.
