Our refrigerator freezer recently starting icing up so we called A-1. Excellent response time and Dependable service as always. A-1 is our first and only call when we need repair for our appliances. We have used A-1 for several years and have always been pleased with them.

Hired A One Appliance to replace an icemaker on a ** side by side refrigerator. COST at ge parts is $85.00 for your information. 3 weeks and 2 visits and $270.00 later it is NOT fixed and I was informed by Kim her son William ********* will not call me back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!! The repair person DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING !

Was very rude & would not let our receptionist set up appointment for tech to come back out & put ice maker on. She wanted a time frame that we did not have available. She kepted being overbearing. Once we realized there was nothing we could do that would help the situation we told her she would half to call another company. She did have a bad filter housing and that was all she was charged for. We offered ice maker at our cost & there would be no other charges & she still was not happy. My oven failed last night and I found A-One Appliance Repair on-line and called for service. Receptionist asked many questions concerning the problem and passed along the info to the repairman. Bill, the repairman came in with a part and sure enough, he repaired my oven in 30 minutes. Bill was knowledgeable, professional, and took all the info I gave to consider the best solution. No second visit needed. Excellent service!!
