I wanted to say a big thank you for the great service that A-OK offers by returning the containers to the garage area after emptying. That is greatly appreciated and is why they are the best garbage company to do business with.

Doesn't pay to pay them ahead. Garbage guy doesn't display good customer service. When he showed up to pick up extra garbage that I had paid for part of it in advance. Husband met up with the garbage man to apologize, pay him extra for the load and tip him for working in cold, snowy weather. The guy said he would have to call dispatch for the load. He later came back and just took what I paid for (less the lid to the deep freeze.) I called the company and cancelled service. They came over right away and got their garbage can... read more
