I just dont like if i arrive at the last minute as they say. If im pawning something i get turjed down or asked to go back next day when so and so will be there. If you dont want to process loans 5 mins before you close then change your hours and dont advertise you close at 7pm. Instead advertise all loans must be processed before 630. This way i wouldnt be complaining and i would have given a 5 start review. Rushing people to leave because is almost closing time makes the customer not feelvalued. The lady at cash advance sucks. Literally said they couldn’t give a payday loan because I cashed my checks… um. Isn’t that the point. She said we wouldn’t be able to take money out the account. How. I’m supposed to leave my whole check in my account when I got bills to pay (the reason I’m going there to get a payday loan in the first place) don’t go to a okay cash center they suck for real 🤣🤣 I even had my paychecks and everything. They really weird over there
Literally since noon I drove my electric scooter all the way from Bel Aire all the way to the store and got here 5 minutes before they closed and the old lady just shut the door in my face. I called saying I was on my way and everything. Its also about 100°f out right now, im sun burnt. And soaked in sweat. Waist of my time.
I was here last week bought a game, their systems were down for a bit and waited for a receipt in case I didn't like the game I could trade it the dude said yea, came in today with my receipt and they offer to buy the game back at half price ? What a joke , these guys are clowns
