I visited this store to purchase a firearm, but unfortunately they did not have the model I was looking for. While I understand that inventory issues happen, my experience with Josh, who works in the gun department, was very disappointing. Instead of providing professional customer service, Josh offered to sell me a firearm from his personal collection at his home after learning the store didn't have what I wanted. I'm not going to explain the whole story here, it's to long. I only want to warn anyone that actually reads these reviews. If you want to pawn something be VERY, VERY CAREFUL. Because of payments not applied correctly, information not getting relayed, was told by a worker "if it is on the pull sheet I don't look to see if any payments have been made." Also told by worker "if a customer comes in asking if we have something we will pull things from the back for them to look at." I have lost 3 things that were important to me b... read more
