Update: A Ok Chem Dry came back and did a great job at completing the job. My carpet now looks as good as it will look considering how old it is. I definitely appreciate them coming back to make it right. Granted my carpet was very dirty, but it still is. I have to agree the user who said all they do is spread dirt around. Once the very friendly technician left, I grabbed my Bissell shampooer and went over the same area that was supposedly clean.
