First time using chem-dry for our carpets. Highly recommend this cleaning method compared to the high moisture steamer method. Andy was professional and super nice. Explained everything and left the carpets and area rug looking and smelling fresh. Will definitely be using them again for our carpet needs
Andy is the best! He’s so caring and compassionate with our 89 yo mom. He went back over everything two and three times to make sure her carpet was beautifully clean. We highly recommend Andy and Chem-Dry!! Go Cubs
Jason was early, which was great got all my little stains out. He was done in a hour.
We were very pleased with our whole house basic carpet cleaning plus an area rug and carpeted stairs. Our service was done by Daniel. He arrived on time and worked with care and efficiency. We appreciated the A OK coupons that provided cost savings. We are long time customers of the Chem Dry process and highly recommend it if you want both effective cleaning and fast drying time.
I am disappointed with the results of my rug and couch being cleaned. Based on the reviews it seemed this place was really great. The tech was very nice and accommodating but the service was mediocre. My rug is just as dirty now with all the original Stains there it’s not even a little better. The couch is cleaner you can tell but not what I had hoped for. I am more upset with my rug because it looks awful and just as bad as it did before.
