Not entirely happy. There's a lot of product left in the carpet, making the bottom of my feet and socks brown. Happy to see my problem stains gone, and the smell gone.

Andy was fantastic! He was polite, very efficient, and took the time to clearly explain the entire cleaning process. Our couches and carpet look brand new again! I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend A OK Chem-Dry.
This method did not extract any dirt. They just wet carpet down and spread the dirt around. Did not even pretreat areas of concern
