Horrible receptionist. She doesn’t communicate with the mechanics or customers and has an attitude. We were lead to believe our car would be done the same day but she “lost our phone number” and never ordered the part. The next day she is practically unreachable and then at the end of the day says they only have one guy working and might not even get to it today. We had to WALK to pick our car up. If I could give zero stars I would.
I can’t speak on the body shop part of this business as I only dealt with the “mechanic” side, but holy 💩 I can’t believe this is real life. Had spoken to someone there about having the front section of an exhaust put on from the header to the center part of the vehicle. Explained I had the whole kit and wasn’t sure if the bolts would just come out or if it would need to be welded, etc. guy said $100-150 is the most it would be.
