Called Friday last week about making an appointment for 4pm on Monday. Made an appointment, went in on Monday with no issues with checking in. Receptionist was wonderful. After they examined the issue they brought me back to show me what all was needing done, gave me a price right there. After it was all done price never changed at reception. I originally left a bad review. After 3 visits ( because we all know when something gets fixed,..something else breaks) I brought it back & Robert made sure my coil pack & spark plugs were fixed. I feel betttercnos that I’m able to speak to the mechanics
First there on Saturday because first come first serve. Get a call 3.5 hrs later that they dropped my key and it broke so they can't start my car. 2 more hrs go by so I go up there. Key was broken because someone used it as a prybar, muffler was not put on my car, raining and my car is sitting outside with the windows down. They said the couldn't do anything til Monday. So now I have to pay $160 to tow my car home so it doesn't sit out in the rain all weekend. And have to figure out how to get a new old fashioned chipped GM ... read more
I can’t speak on the body shop part of this business as I only dealt with the “mechanic” side, but holy I can’t believe this is real life. Had spoken to someone there about having the front section of an exhaust put on from the header to the center part of the vehicle. Explained I had the whole kit and wasn’t sure if the bolts would just come out or if it would need to be welded, etc. guy said $100-150 is the most it would be.
