Very helpful people. I was there when they opened the store and they worked very hard to get a part and then to get a repair person scheduled at short notice. Even if our whole plan does not work out, I give them an A for effort.
Inefficient staff, not fully knowledgeable, inadequately prepared, un professional and unable to deliver what they claimed they could !! As an Eastchetser resident, I think i am being a good citizen in supporting the local business, but my experience with this company has not been so positive. Had a Good experience with A-ok Appliance, a service Tech repaired my wall oven the same day I called, in 30min
I wish I could give this company less than one. It has been over six months of them not fixing my oven. They misdiagnosed the issue, ordered lots of unnecessary parts, were absolutely the rudest people ever to deal with and the list continues. They mock their customers and completely unprofessional. I was so deeply patient with them for over six months but at this point I am at my wits end and feel it is my responsibility to let people know what sort of company this is.
