DON’T BUY IT! The worst brand ever! Not good customer service either! We bought a water heater and 1 week after was turning on and off itself, we returned it and got another one but a few days later was doing the same.
Charged $80 for a 5 min conversation where I was told they don’t have the part I had already told them I needed. Asked if I wanted to flush the heater when I knew and he knew that was not the issue!
Charged for unnecessary call because didn’t have the gas value was told was needed. The estimate to fix the problem was much higher than a competitor, so ended up canceling work. There was some confusion with the billing, but Denise at the office worked everything out over the phone.
