Absolutely horrible customer service. HORRIBLE
They have had my furniture for 3 months now and have yet to deliver. I arraigned for it to be delivered on a Monday or Tuesday and they continue to schedule delivery on any day but Mon or Tues and when I call to change it they act as if they never received any information that it is supposed to be scheduled for a Monday or Tuesday. I didn't choose them, the furniture company did. If you have a choice, stay away!!
The worst!! Can’t track packages.
This logistics company not only does not return any calls, they have put a hold on paid in full furniture with no reasoning. I have had to contact my attorney due to them not releasing furniture that is simply like theft. Never leave a message for Tony Gann, he and Shamika do not care about customer service at all and I am pretty sure what they are doing is illegal!!
I was scheduled for a Friday between 6-9pm. The day before the delivery they called and cancelled rescheduling for the following Tuesday 6-9pm. The driver "Kenny" text me at 5pm to let me know he'd be there at 8pm. 8pm came and went. At 830 I text the driver asking for an ETA. No response. I called his cell phone, straight to voicemail. At 945pm I leave for work thinking they'll call in the morning to reschedule. At 1130pm I get a text from "Kenny" stating he'd been trying to call with a update, and when he went to the house... read more
