Thor did a great job. Showed up on time, minimal upsell, just one thing that we did need. Done when he said he would be, which was important for an appointment that we had to get to. Happy all around.
Thor was THORough! He was on top of every aspect of the job. He listened to all concerns, took phone calls beyond work hours, and took care of the project from start to finish.
There was a ceiling vent not reinstalled (which means getting on a ladder), plastic vent adjusters broken or missing and a few vent screws gone.
