Beautiful space, but unfortunately our experience today was disappointing. My boyfriend came in the night before to schedule a haircut appointment for our son and was given a card & verbally told to return between 9:30–10:00 a.m. on Christmas Eve. We arrived during that window and were greeted kindly. At the time, there were three stylists present and only one client in the chair. Super sad let down. Wanted to support a small business and got burned. I wish I could leave negative stars. I brought my husband in for a haircut and he got butchered. What should have been a simple men’s haircut turned out to be a hideous chop job with random long pieces sticking out of buzzed areas and the front was severely lopsided.
