I was shocked the way this company handled things, until i read the reviews. No wonder they have such an awful online reputation. Horrible company. Very rude. Unprofessional. Money oriented. The manager/receptionist is extremely unprofessional and knows nothing about customer serve. She has a very poor social and people skills. I feel bad for the owners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM. I definitely will call my credit card company and start a dispute. SHAME on them for SCAMMING people.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was loyal to this company and hired them to come out many times for an ice maker repair. The issue persisted for many many months. Company continued to charge me for diagnostic and repairs but NEVER fixed the problem. They claim it was working after a visit in May, but it worked for about an hour before breaking again. Do not call unless you have at least four months for the project to be finished. Called in August to get a microwave door latch fixed. $450 and four months later and we're now told they won't be able to get someone out until January. Save yourself a lot of money & headaches.

We have a 20-yr-old Viking range that was getting dangerously hot on its exterior front when the oven was on. Harold made multiple necessary repairs, but the issue persisted. Confirming with Viking that he tried the right things but the issue simply was not fixable, A-Nova provided a gracious refund for much of the work. I appreciate their integrity and the attention our issue received over multiple visits from Harold.
