I brought my pet to this clinic for the first time and was told that the follow-up recheck would be free — I even confirmed this twice: once at the time of the initial appointment, and again when they called four days before the recheck to confirm the appointment. Both times I was clearly told the recheck would be free. However, when I showed up today and was about to pay, I was suddenly informed that there was a fee for the recheck. I am very skeptical with many other Veterinaries out there, but the team at A NIU leaves me relieved with no worries. Every staff member is quick and eager to assist us every time we reach out. Extremely knowledgeable team! Special thanks to Dr. Chiu for always ensuring my kitten is safe and happy.
