Dr Terry is a excellent doctor. He has taken care oh my mom and dad for many years.
Need an email address. Can't request medical records or send forms allowing medical records to be transferred to another doctor since we moved. All you have is snail mail & we need to get records to new Internist & Urologist asap but can't. We are trying to beat the clock on possible cancer treatments but can't because you don't have an email.
