I met with Hannah and I never felt so relaxed before. I felt heavenly and she’s outstanding for what she does. I love how we have a before and after goals and plans during our sessions to target my issues. It is not just a massage but a treatment as well. Aries is the best at targeting problem areas. She also stretches you after she is done and released my hip for the first time in years. The whole experience at A New You is amazing! This place is truly amazing! I was very new to massage and went here on the recommendation of a friend (and seeing their GREAT new client deal) once I decided to make my self care a priority. I didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me through the entire process, asking questions about my preferences and goals. If you were looking for a massage place that’s kind, respectful, clean, healing, calm, and affordable, look no further. A true GEM in Garden City.
Can’t say enough about this place! Everyone is so friendly and truly cares about your experience and well being. Lydia is a fantastic and talented therapist. She has gone out of her way each session to ensure every issue I am having is addressed. I always walk out so relaxed and feeling so much better! Can’t wait for my next visit!
