I met with Hannah and I never felt so relaxed before. I felt heavenly and she’s outstanding for what she does. I love how we have a before and after goals and plans during our sessions to target my issues. It is not just a massage but a treatment as well. Hannah always gives a fantastic massage. Super helpful on what I can do at home and always take care to give a little extra attention to whatever I ask. The staff there is always super friendly! I would highly recommended!

Aries is the best at targeting problem areas. She also stretches you after she is done and released my hip for the first time in years. The whole experience at A New You is amazing! This place is truly amazing! I was very new to massage and went here on the recommendation of a friend (and seeing their GREAT new client deal) once I decided to make my self care a priority. I didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me through the entire process, asking questions about my preferences and goals.
