I met with Hannah and I never felt so relaxed before. I felt heavenly and she’s outstanding for what she does. I love how we have a before and after goals and plans during our sessions to target my issues. It is not just a massage but a treatment as well. I never found a place like that before or thought if it even existed and I am glad I found it with them. This was my first visit, and it was a terrific experience. Aries was my therapist and did an outstanding job focusing on my problem areas with both massage and cupping. The facility is beautiful, calm, and relaxing. Became a member without any hesitation. Highly recommend! -- Evelyn C

Aries is the best at targeting problem areas. She also stretches you after she is done and released my hip for the first time in years. The whole experience at A New You is amazing! They make you feel welcome and offer so much more than just a massage. It is a true family feeling. 💯 out of 10 will recommend to anyone who asks about a massage 💆‍♂️ I LOVE A NEW YOU!!!! ❣️💜❣️

This place is truly amazing! I was very new to massage and went here on the recommendation of a friend (and seeing their GREAT new client deal) once I decided to make my self care a priority. I didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me through the entire process, asking questions about my preferences and goals. If you were looking for a massage place that’s kind, respectful, clean, healing, calm, and affordable, look no further. A true GEM in Garden City.

I always have a wonderful experience with Lydia at A New You Total Wellness. Lydia is always incredibly professional and attentive from the start. Throughout the session, she checks in on the pressure and explains what she was doing if using a unique technique. I highly recommend Lydia or any therapist to anyone looking for a skilled and caring professional. I will definitely be back next month using my Membership 101.
