Aries is the best at targeting problem areas. She also stretches you after she is done and released my hip for the first time in years. The whole experience at A New You is amazing! They make you feel welcome and offer so much more than just a massage. It is a true family feeling. 💯 out of 10 will recommend to anyone who asks about a massage 💆♂️ I LOVE A NEW YOU!!!! ❣️💜❣️
This place is truly amazing! I was very new to massage and went here on the recommendation of a friend (and seeing their GREAT new client deal) once I decided to make my self care a priority. I didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me through the entire process, asking questions about my preferences and goals. If you were looking for a massage place that’s kind, respectful, clean, healing, calm, and affordable, look no further. A true GEM in Garden City.
I always have a wonderful experience with Lydia at A New You Total Wellness. Lydia is always incredibly professional and attentive from the start. Throughout the session, she checks in on the pressure and explains what she was doing if using a unique technique. I highly recommend Lydia or any therapist to anyone looking for a skilled and caring professional. I will definitely be back next month using my Membership 101.
Can’t say enough about this place! Everyone is so friendly and truly cares about your experience and well being. Lydia is a fantastic and talented therapist. She has gone out of her way each session to ensure every issue I am having is addressed. I always walk out so relaxed and feeling so much better! Can’t wait for my next visit!
This is hands down the best massage place I've ever been. They do all of the extras, peppermint towel to stretch your neck muscles, a scalp massage, candies and a scented cloth for you to use, etc. Rhea is always asking if the pressure is good and is personable and so very easy to connect with. I'm so grateful I get to spend my monthly self care day here!
