I always have a wonderful experience with Lydia at A New You Total Wellness. Lydia is always incredibly professional and attentive from the start. Throughout the session, she checks in on the pressure and explains what she was doing if using a unique technique. I highly recommend Lydia or any therapist to anyone looking for a skilled and caring professional. I will definitely be back next month using my Membership 101.
This is hands down the best massage place I've ever been. They do all of the extras, peppermint towel to stretch your neck muscles, a scalp massage, candies and a scented cloth for you to use, etc. Rhea is always asking if the pressure is good and is personable and so very easy to connect with. I'm so grateful I get to spend my monthly self care day here!
Can’t say enough about this place! Everyone is so friendly and truly cares about your experience and well being. Lydia is a fantastic and talented therapist. She has gone out of her way each session to ensure every issue I am having is addressed. I always walk out so relaxed and feeling so much better! Can’t wait for my next visit!
Lydia is amazing! I've been going to her for over 2 years. Whether it's just a relaxing massage or a specific ache she's got ya. ANYM is clean and quiet. Highly recommend every chance I get.
I have been seeing Lydia now for over 2 years and she is amazing. From cupping to hot stones and everything in between she truly is talented and is able to work through my pain points. The environment is also relaxing with always welcoming staff.
