Aries is the best at targeting problem areas. She also stretches you after she is done and released my hip for the first time in years. The whole experience at A New You is amazing! This place is truly amazing! I was very new to massage and went here on the recommendation of a friend (and seeing their GREAT new client deal) once I decided to make my self care a priority. I didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me through the entire process, asking questions about my preferences and goals. If you were looking for a massage place that’s kind, respectful, clean, healing, calm, and affordable, look no further. A true GEM in Garden City.

This is hands down the best massage place I've ever been. They do all of the extras, peppermint towel to stretch your neck muscles, a scalp massage, candies and a scented cloth for you to use, etc. Rhea is always asking if the pressure is good and is personable and so very easy to connect with. I'm so grateful I get to spend my monthly self care day here!
