I’ve been to this location several times before and have always had decent experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. This was, by far, the WORST experience I’ve ever had here and actually the first negative review I’ve ever written because I felt that strongly about it. I booked a 20 minute chair massage and specifically requested that the therapist focus on my neck and lower back due to ongoing pain in those areas. Today was the second time I've visited this massage parlor. First was for a chair massage and today a 60 minute full body. I have to say its one of the best full body massages I've ever had. I see some negative reviews posted. Here is my assessment. This is massage with a purpose. Not a foofoo just gentle massage. A bit awkward. I expected the language barrier but it would’ve been appreciated if they had better info listed. Apparently the chair massage was deep tissue and i’m lucky i have a high pain tolerance because my skin was very aggressively stretched on my shoulders and left bruises. I didn’t mind it, but there was no white noise or music which left me listening to the loud talking in the mall in a dark room with a man. I went here and I was very pleased there wasn't no exposing my body that I wasn't exposing already....update i just went a 2nd time wasn't as nice and relaxing like the first time I went
Very very rough on the back massage, woke up the next day in excruciating pain in between shoulder blades. Very rude. Before I went I had zero issues. Very poor experience. I suggest staying far away
