Paid for teeth whitening services. During process, machine kept falling down and I couldn't be sure if actually pointed at teeth. When I has queried about service, I was told if no change noticed, there'd be no charge. Absolutely no change. My teeth are not stained. I don't consume coffee, sodas or teas. Technician, who overall is a pleasant person, suggested I wait 48hrs to see change. Again none observed. Was told to contact Nicole and did so. Outreached Nicole who went on to opine that in over 10 yrs she'd never seen teeth not improve by even 2 shades and that I should return and she'd redo. She mentioned bleach solution may be defective etc. I declined. I didn't want to be experimented on. She noted she couldn't refund me. Very unscrupulous. Desiring to keep my money for service I'm not even sure was executed as machine was just faulty and repeatedly falling. I made dispute with credit card company. I'm now scheduled elsewhere to do teeth whitening with target of at least 5 shades whiter and for half the price (purchased on Groupon). They use DaVinci.
I wouldn't recommend A New You to anyone.

Please do not waste your time with this disgusting deceitful company. The procedures DO NOT WORK!! I’ve talked to several people and they feel the same. Take your money to a place where they actually have people that are educated and know what they’re doing.

Take your money to a place where they are actually educated and know what they’re doing. I still have hundreds of dollars worth of procedures that they told me they weren’t gonna perform since they are not working but refused to pay me back for them. As you can see in the picture I attached this happened to someone else eight days ago.
