I was very impressed with Coastal by Kelly Salon. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with such great hospitality. I greatly appreciated the professional attention to detail with my color and style of my hair. As soon as I turned round in the chair and was looking in the mirror, I felt so happy and beautiful. Sooo amazing!! My daughter went there and the owner Kelly was perfect! She talked with my daughter to understand her daily hair routine and her goals, and explained to her what her hair texture and curl pattern was! You could tell Kelly knew her stuff, each step she explained what she was doing and why. She made sure my daughter was very involved in the decision making and Kelly made sure my daughter was okay with everything she did. my appointment was at 1:30 and i came in at 1:32 and they took the person infront of me that didn’t even have an appointment i got my hair done at 2 that day. don’t go here seriously bad attitude the workers aren’t nice and it smells in their.
