I can’t even get my proof of completion of my dui course because the receptionist would rather argue with me than help me . No issues with Kathy and or during my course hours. However something I need for court and had already payed for is not being given to me and I’m Not being helped and, Kathy’s receptionist will sink this entire place down under with her miserable lazy self ! DO BETTER ! Or just I don’t know … do your job ?!
Kathy should lose her license. I called to ask for paper work from years previous for proof of completion so I could get my license reinstated. After her secretary Anne was very rude to me and told me they destroyed my paperwork and she was going to call me back when I calmed down. Kathy then called me and not only told me to “shut up she was going to tell me a better way to go about what I was doing” she then said “I hope you never drive again”. This place was highly unprofessional and shouldn’t be used in any circumstance. Lady recommended a make believe amount of hours for treatment and a requirement that doesn’t exist. The court and my lawyer had never seen anything like that before and gave me the maximum amount of treatment. It seems as she just makes her own rules without following any regulations.
