Kathy should lose her license. I called to ask for paper work from years previous for proof of completion so I could get my license reinstated. After her secretary Anne was very rude to me and told me they destroyed my paperwork and she was going to call me back when I calmed down. This place was highly unprofessional and shouldn’t be used in any circumstance. Lady recommended a make believe amount of hours for treatment and a requirement that doesn’t exist. The court and my lawyer had never seen anything like that before and gave me the maximum amount of treatment. It seems as she just makes her own rules without following any regulations. Recommending services in order to help those struggling is one thing, but this seems to be a clear money grab. I recommend getting evaluated elsewhere, somewhere th... read more
