Extremely disappointed in how they handled a councilor leaving. They sent a survey asking if we wanted to switch councilors but because I was not sure about transferring to a new councilor until I spoke with our current one they just tossed my daughter aside and now have no availability at all. Now we need to search for a new group all together and completely disrupt my kid with a not only a new councilor but totally new environment.
