What an amazing group of people. My primary physician and the insurance company made getting my appliance a real challenge. Olga would not give up! I am the grateful recipient of her expertise and diligence. It’s said “People don’t go above and beyond anymore.” The folks at A New Step didn’t get that memo!!!! Thank you all!!
I cant believe this place have 4.7 and 5 in Facebook page I went there the didn’t provided the service that a diabetic patient needs. Due deformities on both feets he needs special shoes… instead he recommended a friend of his that owns a shoe repair shop (want to charge me more the $200 for the job) Ask for full refund to visit another place they refuse .. so we lost the annual shoes for him instead they just apologize an gave me a free pair of shoe inserts with some adjustments which he don’t need …1st and last time
From the time i spoke to them till now nothing but wonderful people. Very helpful and i would recommend any and all to visit them for your prostedic needs.
