The most legit and clinically sound IOP. All staff is credentialed, The drug testing is based on where each individual client is at. I would recommend any loved one to attend this program!!!!
Saving my life on a daily basis.. Consistency in the moods of some of the staff could make this place a little more comfortable but in the end we are all human and they accept me for whom I am, so shall I do the same.
A New Start changed my life!! I had been to over a dozen IOP centers and I ultimately failed every time. The clinical aspect was FANTASTIC! I was never in an IOP center that I actually LOVED going to groups! I looked forward to all of my groups at A New Start. Not to mention seeing all of the staff. They are all amazing. Great support staff. Counselors show they really care about their clients. The alumni coordinator is there for your needs after graduation and is always there to help. Overall I had a great experience
