The detox drink was delicious, the sauna was extremely relaxing, the facial was perfect, and the massage was excellent!

Take care of your whole self and get back into Balance with her work - the face shows what the body feels!
This is The Best Spa in Denver Hands Down! Nicole is a great masseuse and she really takes very good care of her Clients! Andrea is amazing! I have watched her business grow in this community for the last 10 years and it has become a very special Denver Retreat! I have been to many spas in my life and this one is my favorite!
The far infrared sauna is the BEST! So therapeutic. And as always the wonderful staff at A New Spirit make it an all around wonderful experience, such a great energy through the place. Thank you!
