My daughter just got her hair cut from there and she is in tears because they botched it. She hates it so much she won't even leave the house
I waited several hours after getting a haircut to leave a review because I don't like to leave neg reviews, but I would appreciate if someone told me the truth about an establishment. I have been to this salon several times and the haircut today was horrible. Has this place changed management recently. The stylist I had today ( although, I know she has been there awhile gave me a terrible haircut. After 2 decent experiences I'll give a two. After today I will not go back. I went in today with my grandson for a cut. First at 10:00 am and was told it would be 12:30pm. We were between games at the rec. Couldn't wait. Went back at 1:00 with walk in signs and 3:00pm as closing time. We sat for 15 mins before being told they couldn't get to us. Then take the walk in signs down!! I will not go back!
