We are extremely satisfied with all the aspects of our new roof experience. Initial bid was very thorough and options explained in detail. Once roof was completely torn off it was determined that all the decking needed to be replaced. During that process some dry rot was found along with structural issues not being up to code. I had 9 windows replaced in my home. The old windows were causing mold and water was beginning to leak through. Tim came out and replaced the windows and added trim around the outside exterior of the windows. He also replaced a few pieces of siding that needed to be fixed and rebuilt my carport and front porch. My overall experience with A New Image Exteriors was wonderful.
