Linda is the best hairdresser I have found in Richmond. She can do any style and her prices are reasonable plus she is a very sweet lady!

I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone was so very friendly and cared so much about how comfortable I was during my time there. I am in love with my Christmas nails and very impressed. I will be returning and spreading the word. So happy I found A New Identity.

The whole team here is so friendly, and completely prioritize your experience and making sure you get exactly what you want with your service. They ask you every step of the way to make sure there is no uncomfortable sensations, and that the color, design, shape, etc are still aligned with your vision for your nails. This place is a wonderful hidden gem! The owner and staff are wonderful! I went with a friend for a pedi spa and it was by far one of the best experiences I have had in years. They are so attentive and just awesome. You have people who care about their clients here. Hands down will always come here for pedi's or mani's.
