Great lesson that if you see someone advertising on social media that if they need clients, there’s usually a reason behind that. I first started to attend here after going through a depressive episode back in August. The provider who I reached out to offered EMDR which I had used in the past and found it really helpful in alleviating the pain from past traumatic memories. This is not my real name, for privacy reasons. Anyways, everyone is so kind here and so understanding, helpful, and empathetic. I would highly recommend them as they are knowledgeable and they do their best to help abd accommodate you and your needs. I've been with them for over a year now and I honestly think they're great. This from someone who's been through many of therapists for the past 20 years and honestly they are truly the best in my humble opinion. Please give them a try.
